The Udhav Thackeray government in Maharashtra, which is supported by the Congress has in recent months shown their true fascist colours. The Bharatiya Janata Party, Meghalaya Pradesh strongly condemns the misuse of state machinery by the Maharashtra government to realize their vindictiveness. A free and unbiased media is the fourth pillar of democracy, and by trying to suppress it the Maharashtra government has metamorphosised into an anarchy. We strongly condemn the bullying and harassment of Arnab Goswami and Republic TV.
