Shri Sanbor Shullai, MLA on Saturday, the 24th October, 2020 laid the foundation stone for construction of RCC Sitting Gallery, retaining wall, storm water drain etc. at Madan Laban Playground (Outdoor Stadium), sanctioned under State Plan Scheme for an amount of Rs. 1, 65,80,000/- (Rupees One Crore Sixty Five Lakhs Eighty Thousand)only.
Addressing on the occasion, Mr Shullai assured that the implementation of the project will be immediately start without any delay. “He want this project to be completed at the earliest so that
it will be a big blessing for the sports loving youth, students and general public” he said, he also
lauded the efforts put by the official of State Sports Council and the Government and active
participation by the Dorbar Shnong Madan – Riat Laban / the Madan Laban Sports and Cultural
Club and Raid Laban Dorbar, who have parted off their land free of cost for the said project
The programme was chaired by Shri R G Marbaniang, Secretary Dorbar Shnong & the welcome address was given by Shri Ioster Sun, Rangbah Shnong and others.
