The Director of Sainik Welfare, Meghalaya has informed that the Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Rally 2024 will be held on 17th December, 2024 at 58 Gorkha Training Centre (GTC), Happy Valley, Shillong at 8:30 am.
The rally will provide an interactive platform and mitigate issues related to the welfare of ex-servicemen, widows and their dependents.
