The Hon’ble Court of Smti. S. G. Momin, Special Judge (POCSO) East Khasi Hills, Shillong vide Judgment dated 20.01.2025 convicted the accused Shri. Jistershop Mawnai who has been found guilty in Laban PS Case No. 50(05)2015 U/S 4 POCSO Act R/W Sec 506 IPC (Special POCSO case No. 19 of 2017) and the court sentenced him for 8 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 5000/-
