The Chief Inspector of Boilers and Factories, Meghalaya has informed that the factory named M/s Gill Fuel Injection situated at Upper Nongrim Hills near Jingkieng Nongthymmai, Shillong-793003, Meghalaya, registered under the Factories Act, 1948, under Registration No. SH/329 is henceforth derecognized as the unit does not constitute a “Factory” as per the provision of Section 2 m (i) of the Factories Act, 1948 and the Meghalaya Factories Rules, 1980. Hence, its name has been deleted from the list of registered factories in the State of Meghalaya.
