The Jt. Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that a male patient named Sandeep Das, aged 32 years, S/o Probi Das, C/o Umsohsun was admitted in Male Medical Ward-II on 05.11.2025 at 12:31 PM. The patient expired on 16.11.2025 at 6:00 PM.
All concerned relatives, etc are requested to come identify and collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital immediately or within a period of three days from the date of issue of the notice.
