SHILLONG : Two unidentified miscreants riding a motorcycle allegedly hurled a petrol bomb at the Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training on Keating Road in Shillong on Tuesday evening, triggering a police investigation.
According to police, the incident took place at around 7:15 pm when the duo threw the petrol bomb, which landed on the ground floor inside the office premises.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
Following the incident, a team from East Khasi Hills police rushed to the spot after receiving information. An investigation is underway to identify and trace the persons involved in the attack.
Police are continuing their probe into the incident.
