The Additional Director of Health Services, Civil Hospital, Shillong, has informed that one male patient named Deepak Thapa, aged 27 years, C/o PAB, Civil Hospital, Shillong was admitted in the Male Medical Ward-I, Bed No. Extra on 17.07.2023 at 5:49 PM. The patient expired on 18.07.2023 at 5:59 AM.

All concerned relatives etc are requested to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital immediately or within a period of 3 (three) days with effect from the date of issue of this General Notice, failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
