The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that one male patient by the name Vicky (instead of Mohan Vicky)  age 30 years, C/o PAB, Civil Hospital, Shillong was admitted in the Male Surgical Ward, Bed No. 6, Civil Hospital, Shillong on 6.11.2020 at 12:42 PM. and the patient expired on 6.11.2020 at 11:15 PM.

All concerned relatives, etc are requested to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital immediately or within a period of 3 days failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
