The junior women’s selection committee of the Meghalaya Cricket Association (MCA) has selected a 15-member squad along with five standbys for the BCCI U-19 Girls’ One Day Trophy 2025-26 (Plate Group).
The tournament will commence on January 2, with Meghalaya set to face Arunachal Pradesh in their opening match. All plate group matches will be played in Guwahati.
Apart from Arunachal Pradesh, the other teams placed in Meghalaya’s plate group are Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland and Sikkim.
Laviola Mary L Mawlong has been named captain of the Meghalaya side, while Onasa M Sangma will serve as vice-captain. The team will be coached by Laxman Chettri.
