Chief Secretary, Shri M. S. Rao led the reading of the ‘Preamble’ of the Constitution of India to mark the 71st Anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of India at a function held at Yojana Bhavan, Shillong on 26th November, 2020. Additional Chief Secretary, Smti R. V. Suchiang, Principal Secretaries, Commissioner and Secretaries, Secretaries, officers and government officials were present on the occasion.
