In view of the General Election, 2025 to the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council and the Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council and in order to enable the voters to exercise their franchise, a special leave has been allowed to all the Central Government employees who are electors under the Constituencies of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council and the Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council on the 21st of February, 2025 being the Poll Day.
