The Additional Director of Health Services, Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that a male patient named Rahul Rai, aged 40 years, C/o Unknown (brought by 108 Ambulance from Jhalupara, Shillong) was admitted in the ICU, Bed No. 11, on 18.06.2025 at 9:33 PM. The patient expired on 23.06.2025 at 2:57 AM.

All concerned relatives, etc are requested to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital within a period of three days from the date of issue of the notice failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
