The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills District has informed that all licensees of IMFL ‘ON’ are permitted to operate their retail business upto 9:30 pm as usual except ‘Dry Days’ with strict adherence to SOP with effect from 18th December, 2020.
