The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong, has informed that one male patient named Federick Shangpliang, aged 23 years, C/o Polo Market, Stand Taxi, Nongmensong, Shillong was admitted in the Male Surgical Ward, Bed No. 19 on 16.06.2023 at 3:54 PM. The patient expired on 04.07.2023 at 4:00 PM.

All concerned relatives etc., are requested to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital immediately or within a period of 3 (three) days with effect from the date of issue of this General Notice, failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
