Shri. D. Hynniewta, ADC & Project Director, DRDA administrating the pledge on the occasion of World Water Day celebrated today at Arubindo Institute of Indian Culture, Shillong on the theme ” Catch the rain, Where it falls, when it falls”. To mark the occasion a three days training programme was organised by the office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills Shillong in collaboration with the office of the Divisional Soil and Water Conservation Officer, Shillong ( Territorial) Division, Shillong with the aim of creating awareness on the importance of water harvesting.
