The Additional Director of Health Services, Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that one male patient named Biswanath Thakur, aged 55 years, C/o Laban, Shillong was admitted in the Male Orthopedic Ward, Bed No. 16 on 18.03.2024 at 7:41 PM. The patient expired on the same day at 9:15 PM.

All concerned relatives, etc are requested to collect the dead body from the Hospital Morgue immediately or within a period of 3 days from the date of issue of this notice failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
