On 26th July 2023, the 50 Bn BSF Meghalaya organized a free medical camp under the Civic Action Programme at BOP Bahadur Dist- South West Khasi Hills. During the camp approx 400 patients were attended by a team of BSF doctors and the Civil Hospital Ampati, Tura.
During the programme, free health check-ups were carried out by the doctors, and medicines were also distributed among the needy villagers. The helping hand extended by BSF was hugely appreciated by the local bordering population and village Heads.
