In view of the rising number of Covid cases and lockdown in East Khasi Hills, BJP MLA Shri Sanbor Shullai and MCIC 19tt South Shillong constituency in collaboration with Dorbar Shnong, Village council, Welfare societies and CCMT’s of 1gth south Shillong constituency has provided financial assistance of Rs 2AAO I – (Rupees two thousand onlyf each to 45O beneficiaries comprises of three localities of upper Lumparing, Lumsohpoh, Lumdorbar, New colony, M;rnsian, Itynjat Phutbol and Riat Laban. The MLA Shri Sanbor Shullai provided financial assistance to the vulnerable including taxi driver, Teer counter employees, physically handicapped, daily $rage employees working in various shop effected by the pandemic, domestic workers and hawkers. The financial assistance is provided as a relief to the vulnerable poor BPL family due to the outbreak of covid- 19 pandemic. The {inancial assistance will be provided to 11 other localities of 19th south Shillong constituency covering SOOO beneliciaries of 19th south Shillong constituency.
